These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jl01 platform, including all games, promotions, payment transactions, and account management features. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
What These Terms Cover
Important Notice: By accessing or using the jl01 platform at jl01.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the jl01 platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and jl01.club ("jl01," "we," "us," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform located at jl01.club, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the jl01 account registration process, by accessing any game, by making any deposit, or by using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. This acceptance is effective from the date of your first interaction with the Platform and continues until your account is closed.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the jl01 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of the overall agreement between jl01 and each Account Holder.
jl01 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of the jl01 Platform for real-money gaming is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. jl01 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where the age requirement is not met, with all associated balances forfeited.
The jl01 Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the Account Holder to verify that participation in online casino gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. jl01 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one active jl01 account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jl01 employs technical and manual methods to detect multi-accounting. Where detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
To register a jl01 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it via your account settings should any details change. jl01 is not responsible for errors or delays arising from inaccurate account information.
jl01 is required to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time thereafter. Acceptable identity documents include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or equivalent). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
jl01 accounts may not be registered by, or used on behalf of, individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded, who are current employees of jl01 or its affiliates, or who have been previously banned from the Platform for Terms violations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl01 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jl01 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to jl01 support in a timely manner.
All jl01 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All game bets, winnings, bonus values, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in PHP. Currency conversion fees may apply for cryptocurrency transactions; these are disclosed in the deposit and withdrawal instructions within your account dashboard.
jl01 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider, suspicious transaction patterns indicative of money laundering, or at the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities. In the event of account closure due to Terms violations, jl01 may forfeit some or all balances held in the account depending on the nature of the violation.
An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jl01 may apply an inactivity administrative fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts after prior notification via the registered email or mobile number. Account Holders may reactivate their accounts at any time by logging in, at which point the inactivity fee will cease.
jl01 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and selected cryptocurrency options (USDT, BTC). Payment methods available to each Account Holder may vary based on account verification status and transaction history.
The minimum deposit amount at jl01 is ₱100 for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in your account dashboard. jl01 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to jl01 accounts instantly or within five minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business hours. Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — five to thirty minutes; bank transfers — one to three business hours; cryptocurrency — subject to network confirmation times. Processing times stated are targets and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or for accounts pending additional verification.
Withdrawals from jl01 accounts are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, subject to jl01's anti-money-laundering procedures; (d) the requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Account Holder's verified withdrawable balance. jl01 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.
jl01 does not accept payments from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Account Holder's own name. Where a third-party payment is identified, jl01 will return the funds to the originating source and may suspend the receiving account pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions offered by jl01 are subject to wagering requirements, eligibility conditions, expiry dates, and game contribution rules. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in full before claiming any bonus. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to a jl01 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer tables may contribute at a reduced rate and some games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
jl01 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; pattern betting designed to exploit bonus terms (such as placing hedged bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk); colluding with other players to claim referral bonuses; or using promotional funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, jl01 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account.
Participation in the jl01 VIP program is by invitation or automatic tier progression as described in the VIP program terms. VIP benefits, including enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account managers, and expedited withdrawals, are provided at jl01's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn with reasonable notice. VIP points and tier status are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the jl01 platform.
All games available on the jl01 Platform are operated under the rules published within each game interface, provided by the respective certified game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any error during gameplay:

Account Holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl01 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from jl01.
Game content made available through the Platform (including titles from JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and other providers) remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to the provider's own terms of use in addition to these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl01 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jl01's negligence to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
jl01's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder to their jl01 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by jl01 is governed by the jl01 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
jl01 collects personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of Platform services. jl01 does not sell or rent personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.
jl01 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl01 will notify Account Holders via the registered email address or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or regulatory directive.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jl01 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between jl01 and an Account Holder, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
jl01 operates within the framework of applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority in accordance with the authority's published complaint procedures.
